i am looking to rent a warehouse/ shop or any space where i can work on and store custom/exotic cars ..i am not a repair shop opened to the public..no motor brake trans or body work..i need a space where i can fit 3-4 cars tools welder compressor…the work i do is lambo doors suicide doors front end conversions lights stereo systems and basic custom and detail work for my personal show cars and members of my car club..anywhere on l.i must be 800+sqft have heat and water electric prefer 220 but not a big deal..office not needed but would like a small space to setup computer and desk..looking to spend no more then 1600 a month..i’ll even take a place that needs alil work ..outside parking would be great but i usually dont leave show/exotic cars out over night..call me 631-487-9353..looking for a spot asap..i would like to deal with owners direct Location: nassau/suffolk it’s NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests Continue reading →
